Commissioned by North Carolina School of the Arts as a joint production between Hubbard Street 2 and the NCSA School of Dance, February, 2005. Funded in part through the Lucia Chase Fellowship at the North Carolina School of the Arts.

Premiered by Hubbard Street 2 on April 15, 2005 at the Joan W. and Irving B. Harris Theater for Music and Dance, Chicago, IL. First performed by DanceWorks Chicago at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts in Chicago, IL, on September 30, 2008.
